Why should you buy a membership?
Walton Ranch offers memberships to our customers for a variety of different reasons. Wild Upland Game Bird hunting is something that is becoming more difficult and increasingly expensive across the country. Walton Ranch is located just South of College Station and only an hour and a half away from the greater Houston Area. Because of where we are located it makes it very convenient to be able to come and hunt in the morning or afternoon and still have the rest of the day to do anything else one might need to do. Our goal is to make Upland Bird hunting convenient, accessible and affordable for anyone. The easiest way we do this, is through our memberships. The three options for memberships are our family, corporate and executive packages. We are not just limited to these memberships, we are more than willing to work with anyone on helping customize a membership package to best suit their hunting needs. Below is a list of all the benefits that come along with being a member at Walton Ranch.
- Every Membership offers a decreased bird price with the discount growing larger based on an increased membership size.
- Our non-members are charged extra guide fees if they book more birds than the per person limit. Our members do not get charged extra guide fees for going over the bird limit per person.
- Our non-members are charged for birds that have been shot over the quantity that they booked and members are not charged extra for this.
- When trying to schedule a hunting date, our members are given first priority on reservations over the non-members since their birds have been pre-paid.
- Hunting fields may be requested depending on the availability of that day
- Hunting Guides may be requested depending on their availability of that day
- Quail Poppers are now available at a discounted price to our members. We offer two types of quail poppers: First being, processing the birds that were shot from your hunt. Secondly, we offer unleaded quail poppers that have already been processed.
- Our practice clay shooting range is being updated for the following season. Members will be given a discounted rate for clay shooting.
